I regret the day we answered the door and they claimed they were in the area. Once the see you can afford the job with there questionable financing, they try to push you forward quickly even if you are not satisfied with different information you are given by different people in the company. This has truly been a eye opener to the type of company you do NOT want to do business with.

At first I thought the appointment was going to be very quick but realized this wasn't true. He spent some time discussing the features and benefits to their product.

I have to say that I've never had a contractor come to my home and give such information. Usually they just measure and give me a price. I was pleased that this company was willing to share this information rather than blindly go with a company.

As for the product, for the price, it was unbeatable. I decided to go with PWS. In the meantime I did some of my own homework and found that for the level of window that I paid for, and I bought 29, that the quality was unbeatable. Monday the windows were installed and well I'm calling Michael back for a front door! Best part of the whole experience, No money down on my part. PWS are presently installing 28 new replacement windows on my house.

They are also replacing my front door - sidelites - transom along with my back sliding door. Stay tuned for the final outcome. I will be back on within 2 weeks or less. From the very first person we came in contact with from your company, the you man who knocked on our door to Eric Scott, our salesman, to the gentlemen sent out to measure, to Bernie Dospoy? Eric took the time to thoroughly explain the product and did an excellent job of convincing us it was the right time to do it.

Bernie and Denny were friendly, expert craftsmen and ready to answer any questions we had. They definitely seemed like this was something they were so good at they could do it in their sleep!! We have already seen a change in our household heating. We are sure we will see the same once the air conditioning season starts.

It was such a pleasure to deal with a company who calls when they say they will who keeps their appointments on schedule, and also sells a quality product. Getting all that in one company is a real rarity these days.

Once again, thanks for a job well done. A representative from Power Home Remodeling Group was in my home for 2 hours before I had to become angry and threaten to call his boss. At first he was very sweet and professional but that fell short once I explained to him that he had 30 minutes before we both had to be at work.
